In October 1996, the Madres de Plaza de Mayo Línea Fundadora and the Argentine Historical and Social Memory Foundation, together with the Colegio Nacional de Buenos Aires Students Association and a group of former students, organized a ceremony in memory of the school’s disappeared, called Memory Bridge. We began by compiling a list of the names of former students of the school who had been murderder. Names kept being added until the last minute, and even during the ceremony, at that moment, they finally numbered ninety eight.
